Because talking saves lives.
In His Head is a personal, non-profit awareness project giving men a safe space to be honest about what is going on inside – without judgement, labels, or pressure.
What is In His Head?
In His Head is not a charity, company, or funded organisation. It is a personal awareness project created from the heart, with one purpose: to encourage open conversations around men's mental health.
We do not accept donations and we do not sell anything. The goal is simple: help men feel seen, heard, and less alone.
Men can share their experiences – the good, the bad, and the raw – with their name, a nickname, or completely anonymously.
Where possible we share links to relevant charities, helplines, and support services. We do not represent them, but we point you towards people who can help.
How it works
Three simple steps.
- Read real stories from men talking openly about anxiety, pressure, grief, relationships, fatherhood, work stress, and everything in between.
- Share your own story in your own words. You choose how much you share and how you are named.
- Find support links if you decide you want professional help or someone to speak to directly.
